IMPORTANT: Please note that only the primary guest responsible for the reservation who provided the credit card at time of reservation will be able to check in and will be responsible for all occupants. The credit card provided at time of reservation as well as a photo id will be required during the remote check-in process.

Rental Age Restriction:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire length of stay. Photo id will be required during the remote check-in process. The primary guest accepts responsibility for each occupant in the unit.

Maximum Occupancy:

The number of guests must be confirmed at time of reservation and any occupancy changes must be preapproved prior to arrival. In all cases, the number of guests cannot exceed the pre-determined maximum occupancy of the unit.

Parties, noise, and nuisance:

Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful actions or behaviour towards other renters and neighbors as well as excessive numbers of vehicles will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will be applied for each intervention. Management at Suites-sur-Lac will evict any guests that do not comply upon the second intervention. There will be no refund of the security deposit or of any unused portion of the stay.

Furniture:

Under no circumstances should furniture or electronic equipment be moved around. Any damage to floors, walls or the furniture will be charged to the guest.

Guest responsibility:

The guest is responsible for any damage resulting but not limited to: any missing inventory, long-distance charges, excessive downloading from the Internet, damages to the property, unauthorized presence of pets, lost keys, electronic equipment configuration changes, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable annoyances for neighbours (including any complaint resulting from noise or other disturbance) and any rule or regulation infraction related to the property, and any other charges required to return the property to its original state.

The guest authorizes Suites-sur-Lac to charge to the credit card on file the costs of any additional damage, incidentals and/or applicable fees resulting from the non-compliance with any policy, even if this charge exceeds the security deposit.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed. A $1,000 fine (or more in case of damages) will be applied for non-compliance to this policy.

Smoking:

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, including the balconies.  As per the Quebec Anti-Tobacco Legislation a smoking restriction of 9 metres is required from any building. A smoking penalty of $1,000 will be applied for non-compliance to this policy.

Housekeeping:

All residences are supplied with fresh towels and linens. Coffee, soap, hygienic products and basic cleaning supplies are provided in limited quantities free of charge at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Kitchens (select units only) are fully equipped and are to be maintained by guests. At the end of stay guests must ensure the unit is in a generally clean condition and garbage is taken out and placed in the designated garbage bins. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of $50/hour plus taxes. During your stay, additional cleaning services are available and may be purchased for an additional fee. Payment Policy:

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card statement will show charges from: Club Lespri Tremblant

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival for standard season(s) and 30 days prior to arrival for peak season(s). Full payment for any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation, reservation changes or no-shows:

*Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.

Standard season dates:

May 1, 2021 - December 18, 2021; January 3 - February 17, 2022; February 27 - March 10, 2022; March 20 - April 30, 2022

To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive the amount paid minus a 10% administrative fee. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

Peak Season

December 19, 2021 - January 2, 2022; February 18 - February 26, 2022; March 11 - March 19, 2022

To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive the amount paid minus a 10% administrative fee. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

COVID-19 Exception: If due to a ski resort closure (winter only), province/state travel ban or border closure affecting your reserved travel dates we will provide a 1-year monetary credit (from the time of your original departure date) good for a future stay in any of our properties. Guest will need to call Suites-sur-Lac directly at 1-888-604-5852 to redeem credit and schedule a new reservation. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate and minimum length of stay requirements. Please note no credit extensions or refunds of unused credit will be issued.

Taxes and fees:

The following taxes and fees will be applied: A 2.5% fee applies for activities on the Club La Pointe site. Quebec accommodation tax of 3.5% on accommodation only, as well as 5% GST and 9.975% PST on all services.

BBQ:

All properties have an electric BBQ on the patio/balcony that can be used outside only from mid-May through mid-October.

Fireplace:

All properties have a gas fireplace available for use mid October through mid May.

Parking:

Each property has one reserved parking space. A valid parking pass must be visible on the dash of the vehicle at all times. Vehicle must be parked in the designated area. Suites-sur-Lac is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed.

Internet:

Wireless internet service is available and free of charge.

Limit of Liability:

Suites-sur-Lac acts as a property management and rental company for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity at our discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable or was sold in the meantime. Prior notification may not always be possible. Suites-sur-Lac cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, snow removal or any other unforeseen situation outside of our control.

If any of the following policies are not complied with, we reserve the right to immediately evict guests from the property and retain the security deposit (if applicable). There will be no refund on lost accommodation.
